Moss Perform was founded to provide world-class Executive and Leadership coaching to financial and professional service practitioners. We are international, open, connecting with a truly global mindset.
providing bespoke high-impact communication programmes, notably pre-IPO, to underpin the success of the coaching.
Cross-cultural, cross-organisational themes
Today, executives find real value in coaching. They are also compelled by the hard deliverables and outcomes bespoke programmes can achieve for them. The use of coaches as partners to support individuals and teams reach their potential is a rewarding investment with positive ROI implications.
When surveyed recently, most CEOs said that ‘having the right talent’ is the most critical factor in business growth. Those same CEOs recognise that mobility is core to most successful careers. At the top echelons, helping managers grow to fulfil their best within the organisation is the single biggest challenge companies face today.
We are members of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to the ICF code of ethics (www.coachfederation.org). Today the ICF is the leading global organisation dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high professional standards, providing independent certification, and building a network of credentialed coaches.
Carving out a privileged thinking moment where insights happen, that’s what we do. Our coaching approach comes from a wealth of backgrounds that all have one thing in common: understanding how each one of us works, our motivation patterns and how to get you to perform well consistently and achieve what you set out for yourself. You and your coach form a potent partnership for you to move successfully and surprise yourself with the positive results.
Change: small, profound, positive or negative. Every time we face change the parameters are re-set and we need to adapt: our thinking, our behaviour, our strategy. Success comes from having the mechanisms to make the best out of it and seize the opportunities as they arise. Coaching is the only discipline that provides executives with the bespoke framework to grow.
“to thine own self be true…” How many times have we struggled to remember who that ‘own self’ is and why so many things come between it and our core values in the workplace? We know what we want, and we know what we believe in, so why can’t we get to where we want to be consistently? What is standing in the way of us and our success? It’s all about creating space to think, and to be true to what we believe in. It’s about getting to the best of who we can be.
We strive to maintain the highest standards. All our coaches attend regular supervision and mentoring meetings. In doing so, we ensure that our clients are also well supported and receive the best possible coaching experience. The work of Moss Perform is supervised by a senior accredited coach. Some Moss Perform coaches are also Coach Supervisors accredited by the well-known international Coaching Supervisor Academy (CSA).
Best practice is constantly evolving and improving. We believe it is crucial to remain abreast of the latest thinking and are keen for all our coaches to follow a continuing education programme. We are cutting edge, with ties to some of today’s most forward-thinking coaching applications.
